§1 General Provisions
1.1 This Online Store is operated by DaLuLandia Dariusz Pilichowski, Dębowa 30, 42-660 Kalety, email: kontakt@dalulandia.pl
1.2 The store offers books, paintings, and workshops focused on personal development.
1.3 The prices shown in the store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
§2 Orders
2.1 Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.2 To place an order, add products to your cart and follow the checkout process.
2.3 Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
2.4 The sales agreement is concluded when the store confirms the order.
§3 Payments
3.1 We accept the following payment methods:
- Online payment via Autopay
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery
3.2 Payment should be made within 7 days of placing the order.
Products marked “Price on request” are not sold via the online store. The terms of their purchase, including the price, are agreed individually with the author of the artwork on the basis of a separate cooperation and art promotion agreement. Enquiries can be made via the contact form or at kontakt@dalulandia.pl.
§4 Delivery
4.1 Orders are shipped via InPost parcel machines or InPost courier.
4.2 Personal pickup at the seller’s address is possible by prior arrangement.
4.3 Free delivery is available for orders over 200 PLN.
4.4 Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.
§5 Returns
5.1 The consumer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason.
5.2 To exercise this right, send a return request to kontakt@dalulandia.pl
5.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
§6 Complaints
6.1 Complaints should be submitted to: kontakt@dalulandia.pl
6.2 Complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
§7 Personal Data
7.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
§8 Final Provisions
8.1 Polish law applies to matters not regulated by these Terms.
8.2 The Store reserves the right to change these Terms.
